At Ellinwood Underground, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our visitors. Please review our refund policy below:
 

Event Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales for events, tours, and investigations are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on event tickets. We appreciate your understanding, as these events require advance planning and preparation.
 

Gift Shop Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from our gift shop, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a refund.
 

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
   

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
